During my school days, one of my friends informed me that he learned to speak in English after hours and hours of gaming, listening to the characters in the game speaking to each other. This guy can speak in English. He is not good enough on what to speak, when to speak and how to speak. So I want everyone of you to leave those lousy reasons behind and get real. Just go to some place outside like a local park or beach. Make friends with some new faces. It will hard in the beginning stage. However it tends to improve your social skills a lot. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. Things in our life will begin to make sense when things get real.
Negative effects on academic performance
Many would have experienced this while playing games. You would have planned to stop gaming at a desired time. So that you may get to study for the exam ahead. You lose in that last game you planned to play. Now your ego is hurt. You wanna extend the time and win the game. This kind of attitude will make you feel good at that present moment. However, the regret comes when you are not able to do well in the exam. The one or two extra hours you played was the hours you were meant to be studying. The bill of regret comes later when you fail. Dropping gaming is the best course of action for those who wanna succeed overall. If you at least wanna get good grades, consider leaving the game one month prior to the exam schedule.

I'll narrate a story, a true story. A boy of age 15 plays PUBG with his friend, who is of his age group. Probably his class mate. However, in a turn of event the friend does not co-operate with him in the team game they were playing, because of which both the friends lose the game. Thus, the first person I talked about, went looking for his friend with a knife and killed him. Just try to understand the mindset of the boy who committed a murder. What made him do that. What made him think that hurting your friend with a weapon would be the right thing to do? In the game, he killed opponents with guns and several array of weapons. That felt good to him. He tried the same with his friend in the real world and that ended his life.
I think I've said enough that gaming is bad and stuff. However, I am gonna share something pleasant with you. Let's see what can be done after you decide to uninstall/delete the games.
